No, there's no need to port my homebrew to the PSP 3000 because once HEN is available for it, it would be able to run all previous homebrews, so yea, no need for it really. And my developments are really slow, got a couple of things in mind, but all of them are like partly done only. Sigh...

how is the battery life of PSP of continuous gaming with average volume and brightness?

I always max all brightness & sound playing games,also depends on what game ussualy can play until 3 hours+

well mine =.=..spam gaming non stop...around 5++..maybe less a bit...but for sure above 1 -.-...i use almost everyday...if less than that ar..most likely fake battery loor..both consoles has their exclusive game =.=..thats y i'm hunting for nds soon >_>

Dude,like i stated depends on game but most likely mine eating much battery power because im using IRshell,so multiple task i open in 1 time like games,music,video & also internet browser.

true true..that can drain ur battery fast..

also i noticed that playing ps1 games on psp also makes the battery drains a bit faster..
