That video already stated that the PSP3000 already changed the motherboard to PSP2006 motherboard.

i tried...but once it restore to default settings...that LAGness still appear and was appeared once the PSP restarted.

hmm, another way is try reinstalling the firmware..it might work..

try setting cpu speed to default (333)

PSP 2000 price really increase badly.. 2nd hand psp 2000 more expensive than a new psp 3000.. My friend sold his psp 2000 for RM850 (1 years plus age of the psp) and he told me last time he just bought for Rm670.. If the psp 3000 can't be hack, I believe the psp 2000 or phat version can increase more..

That is pretty true, default is around 222 to 226, but 333 is not really "overclocking" it. Sony actually underclocked the psp system.

Storage wise the memory stick pro duo is used, and it's available from 32MB up to 16GB i believe.

If you want to get one, i'd would 100% recommend you to get an already hacked unit. Don't get a unit which hasn't been hacked yet, as you may face troubles hacking it seeing that psp's with the Pandora proof motherboard cannot be hacked. Don't worry about all these, just make sure your psp firmware reads as the above X.XX M33 or X.XX OE or X.XX GEN (X.XX stands for the version number) Example "4.01M33-2".

Nope. All fat (PSP1000) units can be hacked whereas some psp slims (PSP2000) can be hacked while the remaining half cannot. All PSP3000 units cannot be hacked. This is due to the security measure sony applied on the motherboards of the newer psp slims as well as the psp3000.

That, i'm not too sure about, but here's what i got to say. If you buy a PSP3000, you wouldn't be able to enjoy homebrew as well as pirated games. In other words, you'll have to fork out about RM200 for each UMD title that you wish to purchase.

yeah...i agreed with that...last month i accompany my friend buying new psp...
i buy psp2000 last year is RM780 (with 4GB MMC and other stuff)
last month the psp2000 is sold around RM980 with 4GB..special edition around RM1200...damn too high....
