Well...I wanna ask ... If I get the 16GB ... Will it be better cause its like in d middle of 8Gb and 32GB ... I wanna prepare for my growing songs and movies ... About movies...I will only just upload 2-3 movies and 3-5 series and others all songs.... My friend said that the converter will actually enlarge the file of the movie from 100mb to like 200+mb ? Or it depends on the converter ? Applications and games won't actually take up alot of spaces right ?

If you want more space in the near future then invest in the 32GB, that should be very sufficient but if it's out of budget then 16GB! i don't really suggest 8GB it will run out of space pretty fast, my 16GB already has 4GB left

Converting the movie files into Mp4 will actually make it smaller not bigger!

im using ipod video converter and it does make ur files bigger.....im using 16gb as well but i think it is sufficient and also the best option if u don wish to pay another 400 for the 32gb ...........400 can be very useful bro

it is quite incorrect. It depends on the quality you set, such as video vibrate and also the audio vibrate, and also the video resolution.

I use iSquint and i always convert my movies with the High quality settings and it never go beyond the original size.

you mean bitrate or vibrate?

iSquint is for Mac only?

if u convert standard youtube video to ipod comaptible video.. the result will be bigger than original file..
if u convert divx movie of course the result will be smaller than original file because the video resolution already decreased for ipod video.

im using 32GB. and i do enjoy the spaces. believe me, you wont regret to get 32GB(it just extra rm400 investment).
ipod is a long term using gadget. 32GB enough you to store the song ups to 50 years(**only eng songs can max you up to 30GB).
FYI, the app and games wont take lot of spaces.
but pics do(depends on your photo quality).

so, its not a bad choice to go 32GB.

kianlun, as what i read/researched, ipod touch 2nd gen do have the build in mic. but so far the softwar/firmware/version still cant use the mic yet. Maybe the 2nd gen ipod touch user can use that for msn calling purpose when there's a new firmware updated.
