just got phone interview for SMART program,was nervous to death coz i just woke up(1 pm by the way). The guy told me that it's 18 months program,min 3k, will be rotated in various departments starting in audit,will get promoted by the end of the programme depending on skills and performance. i don't remember which sunway branch he mentioned coz i was freaking out:) hopefully no need to pay back the salary like cimb management trainee program(still trauma of yesterday's interview man)...
