I have some question regarding working at Sunway Property

I already got an offer work with SunPro location Project at Medini Iskandar Johor Bahru

My offer letter stated under contract 1 Year Basis, then after one year they "mention" verbally I will be absorbed to permanent staff subject to project requirement which ever date is earlier and thereafter may, at the sole discretion of the company be renewed on a further fix term and condition to be mutually agreed.

after 1 year if there have another interview?

anyone can advice regarding environment, culture
