QUOTE(htkaki @ Jul 28 2009, 11:06 PM)
Btw, estimated price for PB/PC12-NSD is RM3,300. PC12-Plus is about RM4,800- RM5,000 and PC13-Ultra at abt RM7K. SB-12Plus (Black) is about RM3,600. AS-EQ1 is abt RM3,400.

Price looks attractive for a PC12-Plus. Damn, I even quoted RM2800 for an obsolete Yamaha SW1500 from a local store here.

I believe that's one of the fun parts eh, if everything is plug-and-play without the need of tuning...then there will be no fun liao. biggrin.gif Anyone in KK using that SVS thing?

Rare items don't come cheap, for example Airsoft toys. Things that are selling for around USD100+ can become RM1K+ or sometimes even RM2K. Don't like the price? Then don't play. How much a businessman wants to earn is entirely up to him. As long as he provides additional good services, I don't see why he can't charge extra. I'm running a fashion boutique, customers sometimes wanna shop at their own home. No worries, I bring my stock over to their home and they can shop at the comfort on their own sofa. Only that there won't be any discount like in the shop (except certain situations).

So I'd say htkaki price is quite good when consider that the item is hard to get in our country, and he is doing all the job to get it to your doorstep. I'd definitely buy from him, except ONLY if someone here in KK Sabah is selling cheaper...which I think that's not possible at the moment.

By the way, htkaki, how much will it cost to send over the PC12-NSD to KK Sabah? smile.gif

How I envy you guys can enjoy the "heart pounding" wave now. Anyway, may I know how's the performance of the PC12-NSD if compare to the Plus model?

Taukeh htkaki, how much will it cost to ship the NSD to KK Sabah?

Thanks. smile.gif

The price still at RM3600? How's the performance if compare to those Velo 12" and JBL 12" unit? And your promotion period until when?

Sorry for all those questions. blush.gif

No worries taukeh, I understand that the RM3600 is for West M'sia only. So for the NSD to reach KK Sabah will be RM3750 (RM3600+RM150), right? Need to put a deposit to hold the item before full payment is made?

Shopping can be very headache eh. laugh.gif Well, 10" or 12", it all depends on your own preferences. If you like the performance of the 10" sub and it's within your budget, then it's a good sub. If your budget allows you to get a 12" sub with an even better performance, then I'd say get it. Besides hearing to the bass produced, a good sub will let you "feel" it. And that's what we all are after. So as long as it's able to pump the shock wave you are after and it's not over your budget, then it's a good unit. Be it 10", 12", or 15". biggrin.gif

Yea, the GDex guy over here is quite small size, and the sub nearly break his back due to the box size, pretty hard to carry. laugh.gif But anyway, everything is nicely packed. No worries, I will warm it up 1st. Gotta get the Y-connector tomorrow. So normally how many hours to run it in before I can blast it?

Again, thanks. smile.gif

Rip it right out from the box...that sounds like a good idea. Then htkaki will have another order - a replacement. laugh.gif

50hrs music should do the work eh. Oh, for sure no cheap RM20 extension cord for an equipment at that price. smile.gif

Still haven't have the time to play with it yet. Will try it out later tonight if possible...

I still haven't have the time to enjoy my sub. Connected it up the other day, tested it with Rambo 4 for a little while, two words - FREAKIN' AWESOME! Although it didn't shake off the plaster powder off the ceiling, it vibrated the projector screen... laugh.gif

A 1080p pj in the list?

That, is a very tempting equipment to have in a theatre room. However, it's gonna take me quite some times to save up for any 1080p unit, even for the cheapest...consider its price at the moment. blush.gif
