For those who loves LFE or bassnuts, the TF2 : ROTF BD is a good mat to test out the sub.

I wonder what is the lowest Hz in that bombing sequence at abt 2:10:00 whereby the air force dropped JDAM bombs. The pressure is immense, the bass is powerful, fast and tight. Crazy stuff!  That's at -20dB.

When I am free, I will tuned Ultra down to 10Hz to try that sequence again and FR to you all.

Is it?    IMHO, the 13-Ultra is barely struggling with it. Still can go louder with enough power. Problem is my room couldn't take it.

You come over on next Sun and test it out. The bloody pressure built up is so immense as if I am being bombed. No joke about it. The FEEL is top notch (that's why I suspect its LFE overly done). Bass is tight and fast. It hit once with such solid impact.

Bottoms out? What brand and model? I bet is that more and more BDs with ultra punishing LFE in near future.

This shipment meant for 1st batch buyers who made bookings in Aug. That was way ahead of elite ronald    He upgraded his purchase in mid Sep.

So, he has to wait til end Nov. Patience....

Maybe he's already got several dozen units in the next shipment... 

I guess it's just waiting for the order since it's coming via sea freight and some more gotta do the govt clearance, etc.

That's way I lug back the demo unit even htkaki offer me a new unit at same price.....cant's wait and since demo unit had been tested, so the chance of malfunction are lesser.....

Do not crank the gain above 12 o' clock when it is new. Let it to run-in at moderate vol. You may block a port and set it at 15Hz. 

One important rule : Please read the manual before using it.

What is your setup again? 80Hz xover set'g wld be ideal unless you are using sats.

By right, yes. This sld be the way to set it. However, I've encountered that with the xover being not 'off' and set to matching freq response, it yields better result.  In a way that both blend seemingly well.

B4 that, you need to experiment it yourself. Sometimes, it is better with it being 'off''. This was proven when I told megatron007 to try out. In his case, he is using sub's xover to match his avr. Not all cases being the same .
