Actually, how many buddy's missions are there?

Each buddy about 3 or 4, I think. Why?

(Btw, I managed to find a buddy at a plane crash site in the first area. After I saved him he showed up at Mike's Bar and offer some mission. Not important mission, but whatever. I cant remember where I found him tho)

I need to know if there is a limit because I plan to skip some of them.

Also, it is getting quite repetitive.

Drive around blow up something or get something, go back to Mike's Bar for a thank you.

Mine was drive around and getting shot at....=="" can't play it like when I was younger. I got constant headache after playing a while ==""

What are the benefits after performing all the buddy missions?

At the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Ubisoft announced the development of Far Cry 3. The game will arrive for the PlayStation 3, the Xbox 360, and Windows in 2012.

Development on Far Cry 3 is led by Ubisoft Montréal, just like Far Cry 2, though it will also get support from Ubisoft Shanghai and Massive Entertainment. The original Far Cry game was developed by Crytek Studios and published by Ubisoft on March 23, 2004. Far Cry 2 arrived on October 21, 2008 in North America and on October 23, 2008 in Europe and Australia. The 2012 timeframe thus falls in to the approximate four year cycle for the game franchise.

With Far Cry 3, players step into the shoes of Jason Brody, a man alone at the edge of the world, stranded on a mysterious tropical island. In this savage paradise where lawlessness and violence are the only sure thing, players dictate how the story unfolds, from the battles they choose to fight to the allies or enemies they make along the way. As Jason Brody, players will slash, sneak, detonate, and shoot their way across the island in a world that has lost all sense of right and wrong.

Far Cry 3 was first confirmed back in November 2009, but now it's been made official. Last year, Far Cry 3 preorders started to show up, and there was speculation it would be released in 2010. Obviously that never happened.

While we don't have a release date yet, we do know that it's not going to be released this year. That means you should probably start building your gaming rig next year if you want to make sure you can run this game at its highest settings.
