Ok thank you all. Was planning to buy this at TSB. Because of all the negative comments, decided against buying now

Price so high some more over there. Maybe wait a year then have discounts or repackaging with other games.

Just got my copy last nite and played as the errand-boy and got to mike's bar for the first time.

I didnt read any reviews or negative comments abt the game. I want to be totally pure and unbias on my opinion.

I'd say so far (im not that far into the game) the gameplay is a-ok. The Dunia engine blew me away. The amount of details are superb. U can feel the intensity of the noon sun and the warmness of sunset. (although im on dx9 mode). I havent gotten into the nights yet.

I dont mind the driving coz to me it immerse u more into the gameplay. When the cab driver drive me to my motel in the intro, i feel like im in a movie being taken into the scenario.

But i think the storyline is abit linear (fr where i have stopped). Fallout3 would be more not linear?

Use buses. There is actually a bus stop in Pala. The bus takes you to the 4 corners of the map and if your objective is near any of this corners...you can easily take the bus and come back to Pala.

Make sure you do mission for the arms dealer to unlock new weapons. This game is just as much about the weapons as it is about the environment. Weapons define how you play the game. Make sure you buy weapon crate upgrade that allows you to store a weapon in the crate. This way you can store you sniper rifle or whatever in the crate and carry a sub machine gun travelling to your objective. You can retrieve your rifle at any safe house(in the crate). So its a bit like Hitman(can be like it).

Travel in the cloak of darkness and use the river when possible. Crouch when nearing objectives.

Please pardon me if anybody offended by my previous remark. That is because a lot of players here said they don't enjoyed the game, played halfway, uninstalled the game before complete, too repetitive and bad ending. How these people can pay RM179.00 and still uninstall the game before complete says a lot. What I read between the lines is that this game sucks bigtime. I am assuming no one is buying the jack sparrow version. So if it is somewhat good, I may consider buying it next year when the price is right. Please help me to decide...

Is it really repetitive you guys. Do you all feel Fallout 3 also repetitive? For me Fallout 3 is not repetitive. I really like the graphics, and I love FPS in modern day scenario.

I prefer to buy this over GTA 4 for my January budget. Scratching head already... I cannot decide.

hoho GTA4 is not a game to be missed, especially the online multiplayer. i would undoubtedly choose it over any other games available. think again dude

driving too much really makes my head dizzy

Not all people got dizziness playing such game, but I'm certainly not one of them...

hey guys...I'm stuck in a level which i had to find an undertaker for my malaria medicine...

it was the underground cell in South Mokuba

but i cant find one....i already search the area several times but didn't find any...

help me plz...i want to finish this great game!

Guys i got a question...

Got a mission in the starting areas when u have to rescue your first buddy and its near the train tracks, i gave him the shringe 3 times but he still died... why ar...






Just press E when near the diamond briefcase

i downloaded the full mixed version but i forgot where i got it

try to re-load ur game & save ur buddy again, save until u can save him.
It will be better if u could stick along with ur buddy when u having a battle..at least u will be there the first time when he drop injures

when i reached, i gave him first one, he said more and i gave 2nd, he said more and i give 3rd and that idiot died

and i didnt save for quite many missions so ... i just pee on his coprse and left it ... i have another buddy left

today again... my other buddy, somehow died although i gave him a shringe... and since i saved before that mission, i reloaded and he survive my shringe...

is it coz my shringe infected by my HIV or what?!??!?!?

Hahaha...I just find it funny when people totally expect game logic to kick in...and it doesn't happen the way they thought it would. And they get furious because of that...

LOL...sometimes things don't just work out the way we expect it. You cant be superhero all the time saving everyone...flawlessly. That is what the developer is trying to tell you

holy F.......

i rescued the beach, did my part, watched all the enemy corpses, game says mission completed, and my buddy playing around with his gun...

and i went to save... after save, i pressed ESC only to see that beach is dead, f!!! dead i tell ya !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and save file overwritten, CURSE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
