Isn't OLED screen suppose to increase the battery life?

Edit:
The i7110 seems to be as thick as the N79 but a bit longer.

is it released yet already??
heard it was cancelled, is that true?

It's not yet released but I never heard anything about it being cancelled. But I did read somewhere that this phone is not going to be available in the UK or something.

And, this phone is metal, and most of the reviewers never had any problems with the phone getting hot.

I'm guessing it's gonna be released after CNY since the guy who reviewed the phone in the first page said it's gonna be released in 1 month.

due to certain firmware issues i brought up, the phone launch dates have been delayed further back until rectification is done. process will take a couple of weeks. engineers are pretty stressed up for now.

Wow. That bad, eh?

May I ask what sort of issues is it facing?

N85 and i7110 AMOLED screen.

Seems like the cost of the phone in Singapore is around S$728 (without contract).

Because the N85 and i7110 uses AMOLED screen which produces far better contrast but maybe poor sunlight legibility. Especially under direct sunlight.
