as title mentioned, if i keep alt tab in and out vice versa from frozen throne and to msn messenger and back to war3 again, keep doing this, will it cause damange to my monitor? thx in advance

i also keep doing this.i don think it will hurt the monitor.i already done this for 2 and a half year.and my monitor is still ok.just sometime it wil make my comp lag
