keep alt tab will cause damage to monitor?, from fronzen throne to msn messenger

as title mentioned, if i keep alt tab in and out vice versa from frozen throne and to msn messenger and back to war3 again, keep doing this, will it cause damange to my monitor? thx in advance

but i c my monitor is like on then off then on back again leh.. when alt tab-ing... so sked will spoil.. cos my monitor is my lapyp screen.. spoil jor, thn gg loh.. ><
