first impression is bad.. its slow.

consider Local Malaysian Hosting.. that way, there wont be any lag.

other than that content is little. you should make as much as possible. nice theme though.

actually it hosted in malaysia server, i dont know why it still slow. it hosted at cynetstudios

Not exactly mate. My webhost is in US. Loading speed wise ... it's still acceptable

yea, i hosted in other people site, becoz the company supporting me to do the website to give some knowledge i know.

well if you host locally its always faster. when overseas lines are overloaded, you will now what I mean.

anyway, its best you get your own hosting. quite cheap nowadays. rm80 per year with .com name and enough hosting space for ur site.

The logo text "Kripkorn" is not sharp enough, can see a bit pixelated.

i think maybe coz i using png24 for image. I try to get some feedback from other webmaster and they ask me to use throttle mode. Now the web loading much faster coz the sql query doesnt need to be executed every time. testing using 512 streamyx 1.2 sec, on 1 mg 0.7sec and 2mg 0.5 sec. i think i already fast enough.

in fact, loads fast when you use http://www.kripkorn.mhypropower.com/

now after i load from mhypower then it works faster on co.cc (probably due to cache)

the design is neat BUT your background, it doesn't work well on wider screen monitors with resolution like 1680x1050. the background is cut off at some point.

flash for nav is fancy, you did it well but i suggest you use images if possible because not everyone has flash or updated flash. it's nice but it's not exactly the best. and AFAIK it's spelt Profil, not Profail. no?

you say your intention is to show how to make their own website in bahasa melayu - but so far articles are only non-web related other than web 2.0.

anyway, those are my thoughts for now. good try.

seems to load ok for me. a bit of spelling error. gotta improve on that. personally i dont like the menu kat bawah tu, its annoying. dunno about other users.

ok the domain, act i juz try je see people need or not about guide to build web in bahasa melayu. if they dont need then i should stop la, but i guess there a people want to learn so that i had bought my own hosting. it should be done on monday i guess. Money transfer from BCB to Maybank too slow. Later on it will be kripkornstudios.com.

About it end up at myhpropower, the company give me free hosting to try at first, now the have decided that i should own my hosting, i use kripkornstudios.co.cc because it much easier to say than kripkorn.mhypropower.com.

For flash, yea i know some people cant use flash, so when they cant load it, an image will automatically load instead of flash, then i think it should not be a problem about that.

for design on 1680, i don't expect a user that use that kind of resolution. haha, i try to see it later. Thank for this one, i never try to view in this resolution

for the article, the articel it not related with the web, it juz addon to help people like how to make their own PHP server, how to use photoshop. i do that becouse i think, what use when u know how to code in PHP but u dont know how to setup ur php server to try. the tutorial all in malay and all related to web programing.

If you are trying to translate English to Malay,you can try http://www.citcat.com for free translation(but inaccurate somehow) or pay to DBP to do the same work.I found a lot of untranslated words in your site,such as download(muat turun),web site(laman web),register(mendaftar) and There are currently(kini terdapat).If you want me to help translate some English terms to Malay,you can PM me and I'll reply you ASAP.

People in this forum so supportive compare to other forum which i cant say. Even that forum use fully bahasa melayu but people there hanya reti nak kondem bahasa melayu je.

I have one question about translate. Dalam CSS kita ada text anda font. kalau translate text jadi ape? font jadi ape lak?

u dont have to translate those css things. just translate words that are visible in the front end.

CSS has nothing to do with whatever language setting you use for your site. it just tells the browser what to do when it sees something. you can put meaningless names like 007qsolaceisr0x0rs also no one cares, just that it'll hurt maintenance la.

It can't be helped.People nowadays do not appreciate their national language.Non-malays even consider Malay language as a tool to communicate with Malays only.Well,keep up your job.

while I'm not Malay, sometimes I feel damn stupid looking at those new words nowadays.

Last time it was Tarian for a dance, Menari for the act of dancing.

Information used to be maklumat. now Information is Informasi. it's like don't we have valid Malay words already? sheesh.........

and why do we need words like reaksi? maksima? i don't know. it's just funny.

While the English language seeped in Malay language very early,it does not effect the originality of the Malay language.It is good on that time to increase its range and the precision.Now,it is considered a linguistic pollution.
DBP should monitor such thing so that we can retain its originality.At least the portal is a good effort of "web"ing the Malay language(Far better than Jiwang or Gempak Starz).Otherwise,our roots(as a Malaysian) will lose.

u need to take care of the alignment of top navigation (logo and flash menu). they doesnt stay within the blue background but run out to the black background as well (my resolution is 1600x1200). although this is not a common resolution but it is better to take it into consideration.

oh yea another small thing, cant really see the the blue "tick" under the "article terbaru". maybe some other color?

In Malay,they are called "berhenti berfungsi","dinamik","daftar".Sorry,but I'm unable to translate the word "wallpaper".
