u can easily know which cat is happy. happy cat will always want to be with you. will always want to play. will always want attention. they eat well, drink well, create very less problem.

while unhappy cat, won't bother you, because you are boring. will never come to you. will always be alone without you. will spend their time with boring life. most of them will create problem and always want to make you angry. some end up hissing at you.
*
so how to make them happy el?
my maomao doesnt want to be with me anymore after she got new fren, siao bai, the kitten cry.gif
last time she will jump onto the bed once i came back home. now? didnt even look at me, only know how to lick the siao bai, when i wanted to carry her, she will try to escape. im so jealous now!!! blush.gif

Play with them. Ping pong balls are a good solution =D They like the sound and will chase it around. Also the lidi broom is a good toy. Just take one out and slide it on the floor from side to side. Cheap toys for cats =D

It's that she found her own kind of playmate, so for sure she will play with Siao Bai. But later when Siao Bai is older, Mao won't play so much with Bai le. Occasionally play chase with her.

My cat who is 8 years old also still plays chase with one of my younger cats...I think 2 years old... but rarely now.

You can tempt MaoMao with the ping pong ball, throw it on the floor and catch it again, just to make the sound. She'll come to you.

your maomao is 7 month + right... on average most cat at this age will stop for awhile. and most of them start active after 1 year old. then slow down again.

trust me, my 5 years old sky start to act like kitten nowadays tongue.gif before he was like the king, only meet him if you have things to talk about. else he won't bother you, even you stare at him, he will go away and say "crazy human! watching me as if i'm in a zoo!" ahahahah.. but now he want all the attention. everytime i play with others, he will come and "play with me OK!"

soon or later sure she will come back to you. just don't stop the attention although she don't want.. call her name even she don't want you. don't completely ignore her.

yeah...cat is fun!!!! my little kitten even tried to 'hunt' my cursor (beating the screen) biggrin.gif when she was sitting on my table, accompanying me doing assignment.

one more thing El, why my kitten tail will kembang whenever she is excited while playing? maomao didnt know how to kembang her tail b4 the kitten came, and now she knows, they will 'kembang together' while playing hide and seek. doh.gif i suspect the kitten taught her how to kembang the tail tongue.gif

the bulu kembang around tail is normal... just like fighting or to start fighting the fur will kembang..

showing they are attacking something... it can be playing or fight. you can see the different, playing don't really make that fighting sound. although there is a scream sound while playing, which basically when another one panic or afraid. but fight, is much more terrible sound, both party make that hollow sound.

one thing... you male cat is not neuter right?

if he is neuter, at what age? kitten or adult?

if he is not neuter, then that answer everything. male cat that is not neuter yet will have that territory behavior. also if he is neuter at adult age, when he is already know how to set territory will also be too late.

1. What is suitable age for spay and neuter for Cat ? = 5-6 months and above, and with healthy body + suitable weight.

2. Where is the cheapest but value place for spay and neuter for 10+ cat ? = Klinik kembiri SPCA

Huhu... Already bought 15kg Science Adult Cat Chicken at RM185 love the packaging because resealable packaging not need to transfer to other container.

And guess what today bought another 15kg Iams Adult Cat Chicken at RM185. Huhu got almost 30kg cat food supplier. Based on my calculation this 30kg is for min 1.5 month supply.

Already go to SPCA Kembiri Clinic today, sadly cannot do the spay to my cat because my cat got some flu so need to recovery from the flu first. BTW, what is the best medicine to cure flu ?

how many cats do u have anyway? looks like more than 10? because u mention 30kg for 1.5 months.

my 10 cats eating 15kg for 1 month.

as for the flu, used the medicine given by your vet. finish it up, and don't skip it. if it is anti biotic, your cat must finish it all up too.

p/s where did u get your 15kg SP?

if you vaccine a cat, vet will give you 1 small booklet for record. whenever you vaccine, the bottle of vaccine will include 1 sticker. that sticker, the vet will stick on your cat vaccine record book with date and signature of approval.

if you cat does not have this, then it is not vaccine. every time you want to go for next vaccine, you must bring this book together to show that it is the right time to vaccine. else the vet will not know your cat vaccine record.

You have to ask the vet. normally the keep your cat record by cat's name right.

maybe it a booster. or else if your cat suffer from any diseases - that will be a specific jabs for it.

Check this out - How To Tame Wild Feral Cat

- Feral cats are cats that were probably born to wild parents and/or are wild in nature. Feral cats have had no human contact (usually unapproachable by people) and are very complicated to tame.

- Because feral cats are difficult to discipline, thus making them undesirable indoor pets, there are many rescue organizations that are dedicated to the trapping and spaying and neutering of feral cat colonies.

- Taming a feral cat can be a difficult proposition simply because they are not accustomed to humans. Depending on the level of their interactions with humans, some cats might be classified as semi-feral, total feral or even a converted feral cat.

- If you find a cat that is has been feral for a years, chances are that there is little to no chance of socializing it.

- You might have better success with a cat that is semi-feral. In these instances, they have had some limited human contact.

- If you want to attempt to tame a feral cat, remember that it can be hard work reaching out to the feral cat and getting them to trust you after being on their own. Sometimes, your efforts will not pay off for months, especially with older cats.

- Remember, not all feral cats can be socialized; however with love and patience, your time and efforts may be worthwhile.
