i'm worry about my 5 months kitten, she is DLH and i just got her from my gf...she just stayed in my home for 1 week, last weekend, as i'm not around, went to Cameron, when i got home yesterday, my mom said she been not active like usual, like when she 1st time arrived at my house. just eat a little, and 'berak cair', i just bring her to vet today and the vet give her injection for worm...so any suggestion what i'm supposed to do, i'm afraid something will happen to her...huhu

Question : Is there any side effect if she eating SP for adult 1-6 years? as she just 5 months old

hehe..ok...i think i'll use the syringe, coz there are some of my cat i can feed the tablet just like that, but her, i don't want to force it...maybe later...i just boiled the chicken, chop it and mix a little with whiskas as u said...but she still not eat it yet, maybe when she hungry she'll eat it.....hope she'll recover soon...thanks elf...

hmm....just now she vomited something like saliva....i really worried, is it because the effect of the injection and medicine? if she don't want to drink, what i'm supposed to do? can i use the syringe to give her drink? huhu

she vomit saliva with no color...i went to small government vet near my house today....and i don't ask for the body temperature coz i told him my cat 'berak cair' and just eating a little of her food, and he said it is sign of worm...so elf, your suggestion, is it OK if i just let her tonite rest, and check her back tomorrow morning? huhu....

i just send my cat to another vet, private one in ipoh today, as i expected, she has high fever, so need to be hospitalized and 'kena masuk air'...huhu..hoping she get well soon...poor BABY (my cat's name)

yah...she just licking only a little water....the vet did a good job, check all parts including blood, body temperature, skin, etc...compare to yesterday vet, simply give injection, huhu...u can determine your cat lack of water or not by pulling the skin, if the skin return to normal condition slowly, means lack of water. Another things, if ur cat is sick, the vet should not give vaccination...can make thing worse (according to the Jean Veterinary said to me)...last but not least, don't afraid to spend money for your cat health...as long as the cat happy and healthy...insyaAllah..

if the fleas jump on u, u can see the fleas crawling on your skin dude...hehe, maybe u have allergic skin....i'm not so sure about what age suitable to bath your cat, as for me, is not suitable to bath kitten directly with water, maybe u can do like wipe their fur with warm water...they easy to catch cold compare to older cat....well i think elf have better ideas...i forgot something, actually there is something like spray to solve this fleas problem...usually vet sell it, u just spray it to their fur, and the fleas will be dead..hoho....and no harm to kitten if they lick their fur...

Jean Veterinary, just near to TESCO....i know there are others vet in Ipoh like JR, but i just know this vet for this moment, and as it is emergency, i bring her there, don't have time to look for other vet..but from what i see, this clinic have equipment to conduct test, the vet oso conduct a blood test to check my cat white blood cell, only for further test, she have to send the blood sample to other lab to check the condition of internal organ...can u give me the name of 2 vets u mentioned?hmm....my kitten condition not so good, i feel like want to cry when i come to see her after working, still weak, only her temperature fall down a little, 39.6 from 40.1, don't eat, just depend on the water drip, the vet add vitamin inside water drip as she still don't want to eat.....i just pray to Allah she'll be fine.......huhuhu

i want to ask something, is it true if cat mate to each other from its own kind (siblings = inbreed) the kitten born is have high possibility can't live for a long period and have many problems? because actually my previous two kitten, their parent are siblings...after 3 times giving a birth, none survive, even survive only for couple of month, the one left with me, still struggle...really weak, vet can't do anything....

actually i'm not the one who do the inbreed, but person who gave me the kitten, she doesn't know about the inbreed and i just know from the vet...and after that she remember someone ever told her that avoid the inbreed..now she know, she will not allow anymore her cats mating each other...if u have good knowledge in genetic maybe u can conduct the inbreed from what i read through the internet, but yet, better to avoid it la.......btw, my kitten died today at the clinic....

This is link that my vet mentioned to me that u can ask directly question to the doctor and veterinar themselves....but rite now the pet owner section is under construction....

u can use Frontline product like elfreakz said....there are others than spray itself, there is something like u just apply 1 drop at the back of his/her neck or the place she/he can't lick and the fleas are gone...there is also vet that sell their own mix of this flea spray using the same things like inside Frontline...and it is effective and oso no harm if the cat lick their fur...
