CCNA cert no value adi la. Everyone can pass CCNA. Even CCNP also alot adi. Somemore Malaysia employer DONT recognize cert de la. As long as you got skill and they never enuf demanding. If you told the employee that you have CCNA and use it as a nego power then they only look you as cocky fresh grad only. Maybe you could mention you already obtain CCNA and adi fulfill their basic requirement as fresh grad then that maybe will give you better chances in MNC. Please don mention those "ikan bilis" company. They only hired people who got a cert called OLK aka One Leg Kicking. Now that's our Malaysia market. Good Luck !!!
