If u cannot wait then buy only the letter A at soccer authentics. The rest just buy at Ali BB & ask them to apply them.

I saw one at ALI Restoran jejantas Ayer Keroh. But only one left. Cheap as well, RM179 if I'm not mistaken. Almost bought it myself
