a star defines a trophy of UCL. so the one star was worn for season before they won the UCL 99 and the two stars was worn after they won the UCL 99. and the three stars embroidered on the current home kit meaning they've won three times in UCL. correct me if im wrong

to be exact, the 1 star is used from 1997-1999, and 2 star is used after that till 2000. the embroidery on the 2 star on top of UMBRO reads "UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE WINNER 1999", while the 1 star does not have embroidery, with exception to the final of course.

the three star one is indeed to commemorate the thrid success, but bear in mind it is just a commemorative gesture, nothing related to on pitch jersey. in fact, its just last season's final jersey (embroidery) plus the 3 star on top of the club crest....

1*, 2*, 3*... its mostly syok sendiri really (i.e. unofficial).

The only certified stars (that I know of) are the 1* per 10 titles in Italy/Holland & the Badge of Honour stars awarded by UEFA for a few of the European Cup winners.

MU's Euro stars are no more meaningful then the decorative 3* in Man city's logo.

Yes of course.. it is authentic and was released by umbro in 1999. That item is a very very rare item... where did you get that?

The United direct really make me confuse already. At first the price is 19.99 then the price was 17++ in the afternoon then i check just now (before 11 pm just now) its is 15++ but now it's back to 19.99. Is there any explanation from an experienced United Direct buyer here?

well maybe this had nothing to do jersey..i just bought new lfc sweater from adidas store and wonder how to wash it anyway? my friend told me that i should wash it dry clean laundry or should i just wash it with normal washing machine?

There is a washing tag inside the sweater.. maybe you can take a photo of it and share it with us.. I can advice later...
