Our footballers are spoilt brats that cannot take tough training regiments. Foreign coaches have pointed this out and maybe this is why we only have local coaches now. In my opinion, going all local again is the wrong way to move forward. We clearly do not have the expertise to nurture top class talent and when we do, we have no idea how to build a well drilled football team. Only because of pride do we not want to admit this.
