im thinking of getting the ON serious mass from u....i did some research online and found out that it doesnt taste good. any comment on its taste compared with other brands? i prefer chocolate flavour. but what other flavours do u have?

can the 12lbs packet last me a month? im a beginner and workout 3 times a week. should i take the shakes just on the days i workout or everyday? im 169cm and weigh 54kg.....would like to reach 65kg or so, as i want more mass. im a real hard gainer, never went above 56kg in my life. do u think ON serious mass will work for me?

Hi bro, yup. Serious Mass will surely give you the results you want. In terms of taste.. i think any mass gainers taste superb. only the whey protein sucks.

The 12lbs. will last you about 20 days or so. but the recommendation serving per container is 16 servings, which is 16 days only. that is becuz you'll need to consume at least 4000 calories a day in order to gain mass. You'll have to drink it everyday even on non-workout days. train heavy, get enough sleep, eat as much and as many times you can even before sleep
