Go for the whey protein like NitroTech ProSeries or Gaspari MyoFusion, to get lean body. You don't wanna grow too much mass, definitely wont help for a basketball player =)

I'm about 165cm and weigh about 65kg, in order to bcome ripped, do i need to need to consume some fat burner besides whey? i'm not intending to lose like 5-10kg of fats per month but i just wanna bcome ripped and lose some very stubborn fats around my buttock.

if you're trying to lose weight, Milo wont help at all. because it's high in fat and sugar content. why not substitute it with Quaker Oats instead

Hi there, yup, if you wanna get ripped, then you might wanna get yourself low carb whey protein, thermogenic fat burners, and probably Hydrazide as well to keep you shredded and dry.

ON 100% Whey is not one of the best. it's just the best seller, because of its taste, variety of flavor and price. In terms of results and gain.. NitroTech and EAS products are the best for me.

165cm and 65kg is normal.. No use putting on so much weight if it's just water or fats. maybe I would say 70kg is the max. Do not worry so much bout your weight, you just need to put on some muscles. Muscles are kinda light. if you're 65kg with definition/ripped muscles, you kinda huge already. Just keep pumping at high intensity, get enough rest, and eat all the time.

woah! I am 177 cm and my target is 75- max78kg which is just the maximum level of healthy BMI . why you want to target 80kg? that is higher than normal BMI :S
