I've tried Lipo6X but never on a full cycle before. But compare to Hydroxycut Hardcore, HH is stonger than Lipo6X. I can feel it almost immediately when I consume 2 caps of HH. And bout effectiveness, I think both works quite well. I have a customer who takes Lipo6X and lost 13kg in 3 weeks with intense workout. And I also have customers who switched to HH from Lipo6X due to the body are immune to it. (wonder how many bottles he has taken)

As cliche as it sounds, diet and cardio are first. without them, no supplement will be of benefit.

Meso-Tech is actually a High protein meal replacement (MRP) it's good when you can't or have no time to prepare your meal. And it comes in individual packs and it's very convenient when you're on vacation, etc... Like Root Beer Float, Orange Cream & Rocky Road, these few flavors are soo delicious it's irresistible! I can consume like 5-6 servings per day and not feeling "sick of it" But too bad I don't see much results from it..

yup, boleh berpeluh it stimulate the body's burning of fat and increases body metabolism. Generating heat, and you can really feel it when you take before workout. esp cardio and abs workout. So that's why it's good for perut buncit!

berak? for some ppl will, some ppl won't. like for me when I first started using it, the first 2 days. I did stool after consuming it bout an hour. after 2 days the effect was great. must consume lotsa water though.

if you don't take anymore, no kesan sampingan. but some ppl do feel tired.
