Musclemania, I am not here to flame but hope that you can improve your service. I have never purchased protein supplements online before and my friend told me that you guys do a good job with orders, fast shipment etc. I placed an order for a strawberry flavor Muscletech - Masstech on Sunday, and texted the number 013-9999779 my transaction number, time of transaction, amount and I mentioned that I did not get any email with order number as stated in your online purchase instructions. I googled some random forums saying that the staff with this number replies efficiently and so I texted again asking if my order number can be emailed to me. I also emailed to musclemaniaclub@gmail.com saying I haven't got any confirmation of order and I got no reply from Musclemania at all. I waited till the next day before I got a reply by text, and they asked me for more details and I replied my details. Then he just texted me back tracking number. I'm not very happy that:

1) My emails were ignored completely.
2) After making payments I need to chase for confirmation while other companies would have an automated confirmation text or email.
3) The customer service is far from what people have said it to be. I received very minimal responses and help with my purchase.
4) As a first time online purchaser I had to worry that I was scammed, since zero response was received after the purchase for one whole day. Not cool.

Sorry but I will not be purchasing from you anymore and I would advice friends to do the same. At least not online. I hope your service improves.
