take protien 1g / lbs of lean body mass (fat not counted) + heavy weight lifting to keep as much muscle as you can when ur trying to lose fat (cut).

Buy some sort of Whey Protien if you cant get the suggested amount of protien from your daily diet (tuna/turkey/chicken boobies r all high in protien)
