Hey guys went to Prime today again. This time ordered Simply the Best, comes in a plate with three pieces of steak (Australian Black Angus, 200 days grain fed, filet mignon; Australian Black Angus, pasture fed, ribeye; and wagyu sirloin) and hubby ordered Australian Black Angus - 200 days grain fed centre cut filet mignon.
Both were superb. The best meat was Australian Black Angus, pasture fed filet mignon (soft and very meaty), the second best was Australian Black Angus - 200 days grain fed centre cut filet mignon. So we concluded that we are "grass-fed" fans because we like our meat to taste like meat (bloody that is) and the texture was superb. With the superior service of Prime (the best I have ever experienced before) I would now rate Prime to be the best steak in KL I can now go to sleep with a peaceful mind! dreaming the sweet dreams of the lovely meat we had this evening.
