Anyone can help me..i turned off my iphone n then when i switch it on it hang...it just show the apple logo.......ahh!!! tension...anyone now how to overcome this situation?

how long did you wait for the apple logo?

i wait for almost 2 hours...but nothing happen

if holding home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously does not help, restore is your last resort.

i suggest you do manual restart. press the HOME and Power button at the same time for few seconds....

er.. usually i get hangs also.. i just plug the cable into the phone, start it up then everything comes back to normal after the phone gets detected.. hmmm....

by th eway my itunes ver 7...

install itunes 8 for the latest firmware upgrade.

so if i restore to the new firmware i need to unlocked it right?

Fw 2.1 if you care. Please search on how to upgrade your firmware and JB as many has done it on their own without problems. If you're afraid to upgrade, please go for the TT session this coming Sunday in MidVallley as they will upgrade for you.

yalah.... just come to the TT session tis week.... and if u want my opinion @aircheh.... go for broke lah.... i JB mine just 2 days after recieved my iphone... afraid at 1st.... but since there is a guide tht showed in quickpwn, i dont think u'll have any problem doing it....

after u unlocked it, it can be use for malaysia telco
if u r using celcom 3G simcard, u will need other other telco simcard 1st to detect the network then put in ur celcom simcard & select the celcom network
