I understand where you're coming from, for this dull foreground. Well, it wasn't really a planned shot as such, just that I went strolling with my partner in the park, and walked past this little "dam", or to be honest, A longkang. lol....... I wasn't allowed to move forward as my partner was against it blush.gif

wow, strolling with partner along with a tripod? rclxms.gif or was it placed on a rock?

well, u can see my pics in my blog stated below, i do update a bit on my lowyat gallery (but not frequent). Or u could check out my Flickr as well..

But i do update here whenever i have new batches of pics to upload smile.gif

Actually the background blur was just to throw the background even more out of focus.
I used some filters on the cup itself to give it more impact mellow.gif
