Hi owners, want to ask, for Diamond 9.5, which of these amps have sufficient power to drive them? Im not asking which is better than which but these are the amps i am considering but afraid they cant power the 9.5 well.

1. Marantz 7001KI
2. Marantz 7003
3. Marantz 8003
4. CA Azur 640A
5. CA Azur 740A

If any of these amps cant work well with 9.5 then i would like to know thanks.

But my question is are they enuf to power the speaker? I will ask for audition when i roughly know what can i pair them with Sarawak here no display units. All need appointments.

ya, ur right. Would 70watt be enough for the speaker to be err fierce (dono how to describe)? The 7001KI is 70 watt. Or would it sound underpowered.?

If you get a DAC, it will improve ur music experience more. I think stereo amps cant accept digital signal.

Bro, i was quoted RM2.2k here is sarawak for Diamond 9.5 - In your opinion, is this a fair price? or will it be cheaper to buy from you and ship to sarawak?

But in the back of my mind, i think shipping diamond 9.5 here is expensive.

Im too greedy, got my speaker already but still love the Warmness of 9.5, my friend is in the market also so im asking for him.

Anyone here tried out/own Diamond 10s yet? 3 weeks ago i manage to test out Diamond 10.1 or 10.2 (forgot) with CA amp and cdp at Desa HT LYP. Honestly i didnt like it compared to Diamond 9.1, bass seem bloated more.

i tested diamond 10 bookshelf in desa lyp, kinda bloated bass i felt..

what make you like diamond more than mission? i also like diamond 9.1 and mission m31i... might grab one in future.. but if 9.1 become extinct.. i will go for mission as i didint like tat diamond 10.

Can you do a full review for us? Also what is your source equipments and amps?

Im curious after burn in the bass still boomy or not.
