agree with u madfag..
draw against lowly team can affect title.
what u expect when u facing all big gun away after this>win?

with the same squad, i cant see why chelsea look terrible this season.

Formation, tactical is the reason i think.

"hmm.. just one match, no big deal. theres alot more."

well, if you're supporting a team that is trying to avoid relegation then i guess its okay to say that. but supporting a top team like chelsea who is trailing by 3 points now behind the leaders, we cant afford to lose even a single point if possible, which is rather impossible, but, damn, you get what im trying to say.

Offload
Fereira 2-3million
Ballack 10million
Malouda 8 million
Kalou 10million
Alex 8 million

And bring wide players such as Capel, Ben Arfa to this squad.
No need so many midfielder. Chelsea already got Lampard, Mikel, Deco, Essien. Ballack is a world class player but for me he never suit Chelsea.

Still remember when Robben playing at right side while Duff playing at Left side. The system that bring title to Chelsea. But nowadays, chelsea lack at this area.

Cech
Bosingwa Terry Carvalho Cole
Mikel or Essien
J.Cole Lampard Capel
Drogba Anelka

This is the balance system.

players shouldn't be an issue here, chelsea had almost the same players from last season, sometimes they plays good and sometimes they don't, losing points definitely will gap chelsea from grabbing silverware

i still think that LFS need to really know how to use the players and come out with some good tactic, he's too afraid to take a risk

Guys, keep the blue flag flying high, 2 injuries in the early game caused us. Let's move forward to the next game, the season is not over yet and we should really continue to keep the pressure on instead of whining here. I'm glad that Drog is finding his form again, giving opponent's defender some physical pressure. Next stop -> Manchester United, it will be a chance for us to bounce back !

i see some of you are calling for the manager's head already laugh.gif
don't get caught up in the hysteria la. the fact is scolari still needs more time to figure out what's the best system for chelsea.
i think we need to remind ourselves that he's still new to the epl. and besides the goals that were let in were due to slack defending.
what else do u want scolari to do? get on the pitch and head away the ball himself? as much as i was pissed with his decision to stick with the ineffective (and that's putting it VERY lightly) deco, we drew because we were rubbish at defending setpieces and our finishing was very2 poor.
yes deco had a part to play in a lot of attacks breaking down, but the fact remains that he wasn't a direct cause for the goals.
so in addition to scolari coming on to defend, do u guys want him to score goals for us as well? partner didier in attack maybe? icon_idea.gif
come on..for the most part our attack looked very dangerous today but our back line let us down. and u guys know it.
big phil made the right decision to bring in riccy. malouda and deco were huge no-nos but again, guiltless for the silly goals conceded.
if anything we should be upset with whoever it is that failed to mark dempsey. at least that makes sense.

So fast calling the heads of Deco and Scolari? If we manage to win the league or any tournaments at the end of the season, I'll see what you guys will say about it.

It's true that everyone is disappointed with the results but with the current morale, if we, the supporters do not give them our support, who will? Join the rivals' fans and throw them cans? Then when we start winning, throw flowers?

Be a fan, not a hypocrite. I've already seen too many.

Scolari does need to start doing something about the current situation but I believe that we'll bounce back soon. No matter how, if we end up winning nothing at the end of the season, you'll still see me cheering for our lads.

So, guys.. have faith! Keep the blue fags flying high!! COME ON, CHELS!

my point exactly. the mood here will be vastly different if we could just clear our lines for that SINGLE corner we gave away to fulham..
we can all be upset with deco, thats a given. but reflect back on the game and u won't recall him being dispossessed in our own half or near
our penalty box. so for his poor touches and dilly dallying on the ball, he didn't get us into any REAL trouble. he just annoyed us greatly
when he was up further on the pitch. its sad really..when our attack is on to an 'acceptable' level, our defence let's us down.
i'm not going to bring in the lack of a 'JT and riccy combo' because alex and ivanovic are experienced internationals.
at the very least they should be able to defend setpieces. and remember riccy was on for alex quite early..so one half of the dynamic duo was
already there. no excuses..its just that someone didn't do their job that day. and i'm sure it'll be addressed in training.

i think you guys are greatly missing the presence of Essien. That "bulldozer" really gives a good drive in games. I still wished United had signed him.. good luck to you guys, we are right on your shoulders!
