last time i used to not EAT... T-T
milo in the morning (6am), then a bread or two for lunch (around 4pm) then a lil bit dinner (7pm)
i reduced, from 64kg to 50kg.. haha
now i don even care bout not eating, cause it feels more like you can't enjoy life if you can't eat.. >.<
anwyay, i suggest you to eat less, esp no supper, and well eat more fibre like banana? or oatmeal? in the morning~ >.<
of course, you can join activities in your college as well,~
how to reduce from 80kg to 60kg?, is easy to grow fat from 60kg to 80 kg..
