Er, I think it was only supposed to be referred to as amateur this time around. Or something. Whatever the case is, it's called ESPGL so we can carry over the publicity for when the league resumes maybe later next year (WHO KNOWS?! =D). Changing the name of the same event multiple times will only lead to confusion in the future.
