i'm doing 20k this sunday.. not taking my bib number & vest yet.. tomorrow will collect from NB The Garden... Last year timing is about 2H30'..milage recorded from new year to date only 23.80km.. hope can finish it in one piece.. chaiyo..!!

my Timex shows time taken to complete 20k is 2 hour 00:53. heppi coz last year it was 2 hour 25 minutes... but yesterday n today leg and knee still hurt.. how u all minimise the pain beside resting..? any special recovery food or drink.. or massage oil..?

hi all.. anybody knows when we can receive our certificates for Mizuno Wave run (19 Oct 2008) , Malakoff 12k run (21 Dec 2008) and GE20k (18 Jan 2009)...? Or maybe they already send but the cert didn't reach my address.. anybody knows about this.. thanks..

oo..u mean that we can go to PACM office and collect the certs ourself...? The office address is the one located at Old Klang Road is it..? can I go there at night after 6.00pm since i'm working at daytime..?

erk..i think i miss the registration for SCKLIM alreadi..i check the their website registration alredi closed for all category..i thot still can dis week..

I just register the Shape Run through online (hoohaa.asia.com).. although i encounter some problem, i hope the next process will be hassle free.. last saturday i went to POAWPKL without realizing that they are close for public holiday.. #*&^* wasting my time only.. !!
