QUOTE(ccube @ Jun 25 2009, 04:30 PM) i think it shud be hitting the RM480-490 range after discount. try goto one shop in Pertama Complex at the basement. Owner is a Punjabi or Sg Wang Plaza, I think 2nd floor Sports shop own by Chinese lady. Both of them give discount. What do you suggest for saucony, i want a high end shoe for cushioning, right now nike zoom vomero and asics kayano are the only one on my mind, so i want to widen my option by varieties. But if you dont mind trying out Saucony, do let me know........I am selling it in Malaysia. |

I just got asics gel kayano 15 on saturday. It wasnt that great at all, but all the reviews at runnersworld was good. The shoe was comfortable but when i started running it felt very stiff, the further i ran it felt really awful, my right shoe was a bit tighter than my left so i loosen the shoelaces. I ran for over 3 or 4 km then i gave up because i felt that it was going to give some sort of injuries .
Do i need to spend more time on it so that my feet gets used to it? |

QUOTE(phoenix @ Jul 6 2009, 11:05 AM) SpaceBeast: The Kayano 15 isn't like Saucony shoes which are on the softer side and thus requires a run in. A 50K to 100K will be idle. Since you mention tightness, did you get the correct size and did you lace it up properly as the lacing system on the Kayano 15 is different from conventional running shoes? Yeah i got the correct size, i always go for 1 size bigger than my normal shoe size. Not sure about the lacing but i dont like to keep my shoes tight, is this ok on the long run? So i need to go 50 or 100km to get comfortable with it? |

Felt some heel pain on my kayano yesterday, but most of the cushioning are emphasized on the heel part right, so why am i feeling pain toward that region?
Wasnt running, just walking for 5km's. |
