I didnt play sports in school - not running, not badminton, not even chess. Nothing.
I started running with 2 mins non-stop. Felt like wanted to die in the gym. Now can run 2hrs non-stop (not even stopping @ water station hehehe). Train, and just do it |

Orange Run was my first run with DH. This year it's like a running anniversary
Darn hilly route. I remember running it with full bladder + bowel last year @_@ |

According to my mara training schedule, I hv to run 17.25k this weekend. Wanna do Mizuno 2008 x2 instead? (skip the last tugu loop |

Orange Run goodies collection was as disorganized as last year. Pacesetters did their job well - hving to deal with almost 3.5k runners and limited space. No more Piazza ler, BHP.. dat area dem small leh

urm. milk and cheese gets digested slower for energy compared to simple carbs like dextrose (glucolin). i'd puke if i run after milk.
