i will participate again next year
* i loved the route except for hang tuah/istana/mahameru stretch and the fact that i was honked near Petaling Street * i loved the weather * i loved the spirit of runnerhood among slow, dehydrated runners - lending money, sharing drinks, passing heat rubs * i still love the bag and running vest * i take the disorganization and challenges as part of the marathon most importantly : * it's the only marathon in kl, and PBM is just as bad - summore they dont hv 7-e along the route......sg/borneo is financially not feasible now they engaged pacesetters for the first running clinic - they should engage pacesetters in organizing the event as well. i'll forgive - but never forget. |

Was looking at video of my colleague .. At 9am, DM was quite meriah eventho the background music can put ppl to sleep. 12pm... not so much. Late finishers -> no water, no isotonic drink, no aid station, no medal, no net time, no piktar, no video. Sad |

I run on running tracks / treadmill / in loop more .. it really builds your mental strength - especially long runs on the treadmill.

If you're metalfreak/NBfreak, it's good news.
If you're me, who has too many NB running vests already and is looking for her first adidas running top, it's not so good news |
