like i have mention before, Malaysia Citizen (Gamer) can play either on Chinese Server or English Server.

meanwhile, for anyone out there that waitting for Celestial Destroyer (Malaysia) English Version need to wait until this December for Close Beta Phase. So, there might be you need to download or request for English Client.
