I am now living at 14th floor of an apartment, most of the time, the courier agent will take lift come up and ring my doorbell. I just open the door, sign my name and that's all.

I am not sure about the situation for letter or even registered letter.
What I mention on my previous post in all based on Poslaju or parcel from other courier company like GDex, Skynet and etc. |
