i really like that scene. everybody sees the one they cherish the most, got touched in a very loving and tender matter, then burst into lcl. and everybody on earth dies. along side the song "Komm, süsser Tod", it was and still is my favourite anime scene :3

well should i watch the anime series first? i mean the tv series? isn't the manga are more original than the anime tv series? or rather should i treat it as the new movie where it is deviated from the "manga plot"?

the manga have a few twist that differs from the anime. to me, i read/watched both and enjoyed them as a different entities.
i said this before, to me: watch the original TV anime - including 25 and 26 watch death and rebirth read studio kimgabuchi: re-take read the manga by sadamoto watch the new rebuild |

Sorry for noob question, finished evangelion years ago, did not even want to touch the DVD covers cos I keep remembering the "plop"s.
