Looking at the dividend payment history, only last year was quite good but unless there is a fix and constant dividend payout. Hard to say if the future dividend payouts will be like 2007. If you think the company's business will improve in later years and their dividend policy will continue to be good, then keep an eye on it for future investment.

2006 - Final 3 Sens

if they can constantly give out 20 Sens dividend
based on today's closing price $1.10
DY is 0.18% (that's HIGH!)
