Hi i would like to know what types of software did shipping company like DHL, FedEx and UPS using nowadays for their business operation?

Other than those general software, i need some name of the software that they using just to operate their business.

For example, i send a plane to china for shipment, on the way i need to track the plane location...something like this

Any suggestion?

I dont mean that i wan to buy or have the software,
i just need to name of those software and the features of it.

Those tracking system require software to do it right?
