Other than those general software, i need some name of the software that they using just to operate their business.
For example, i send a plane to china for shipment, on the way i need to track the plane location...something like this
Any suggestion?

Highly likely those software are developed in-house and not available for sale.

Getting Started

I suspect, you can hack up something like what they are using with MySQL and PHP.
However, they do not track the position of the plane as it flies to China. IINM with UPS, DHL, Fedex, you can only track your package as it arrives at each location and is scanned.
To track the plane en route, you install a GPS unit on the plane, and a satellite modem (cause GSM modems wouldn't work reliably on planes). You can have it transmit the location at set intervals, and/or when you query it.
Of course you need to own the plane. You cannot just stick these stuff in the cargo hold of the plane. The aerials of the devices need to be installed outside the plane because they need to have line-of-sight contact with the satellites.
