Guys, do you experience short language character change at any time using this phone?
My dad's KP500 - whenever he deletes a call history, the character changes (from English to Chinese character) only during the deletion process . I think it's some sort of a glitch. I already tried setting the language from "Automatic" to "English", and it still remains the same. Other than that, the phone is great. No reset/restart problems encountered so far. My dad bought it during second day of Chinese New Year at LowYat Plaza for RM830 (only comes with 1GB micro-SD, no bluetooth handsfree). He's really enjoying it. Big screen and buttons for large fingers. This post has been edited by Cyrobyte: Jan 31 2009, 07:46 PM |

there's a restart problem...or rather a switch-off-by-itself problem. it's quite troublesome to spend time to send for repair every now and then (initially we had a short-battery-life problem, resolved by changing to another battery at the dealer)..
other than that, it works fine as a phone |

Just got myself a cookie at RM825 with 2G DNA micro SD.
I'm satisfied with the overall performance No auto-restart problem throughout my first 8 hours usage. Surprisingly, unlike others, the micro-SD is hot-swappable This post has been edited by Sandwich2U: Feb 1 2009, 01:54 AM |

hey ppl. just flashed my kp500 to v10n. no idea about the differences with v10c, bcos i flashed it immediately after i got it (quite a risk eh
so far the phone works ok, although i once did see some corrupted screen display when i sent a sms (when i was moving from landscape to portrait). the phone display went back to normal though after that. i hope there'll be more firmware fix coming out soon bcos i noticed that there are still quite a few bugs in the phone. here's a wallpaper [attachmentid=785033] |
