sometimes ppl just saying out words too fast ma...
she maybe wanna go straight to the point, get what i mean..?
more over she is far from you.
so she increased her voice in order to get your attention (which also others' attention...)

Don need feel embarrass or wat..
u can still go n look for that sweet doc.
maybe by the time u visit the doc again, that assistant already no longer working there...
add on, those waiting patients none of them know u...
