Hmm, planning to get an e66 but can't make up my mind so need some input frm u guys. Whtz the major difference between e66 and e71 (other than the rotation thing and minor fuctions). Can we sms while driving using e71 ( I know it's dangerous but no choice when rushing )? I'm a rough user would the slide in e66 last? By the way can u search ur contacts by company name using e66? Hi there thanks for the reply, got my e71 (white colour) yesterday. Sold all my phone to get this...... (n78 for Rm1000.00......my beloved n9500 for RM400.00 only and some more top up RM 1850.00, I know price is a bit high but in jb no choice if we wan to get an ori set frm nokia priority shop). Tried sms....no problem at all but as for the company contacts I dun agree with u because I was told that the phone book should be functioning same as my n9500. My n9500 can search by company name, I like to save contacts in full as it's easy to search when u have a phone book of more then 1000 contacts, at times I forget their name and remember company name or the other way around. Anyway I found a way of doing it by using search function which is available in all the new S60 phones but still I'm not happy as it's slow abit. Tom heading to the nokia centre where they promised me it would work and going to goreng them . By the way if we hard reset our phone would all the original software (games & office) installed would be gone? Thanks again.

Hi there, ur right about the sms thing and you should try using the phone book of n9500, n9300 and n9300i (not sure about e90 though).....they can search anything u wan in the contacts....marvellous....dun know why nokia does not wan to place this function for the e71 , have to use normal search function which can but a bit of lag .

Any newz of when they wana launch this new model. Is the new firmware for E66 & E71 out, any one updated?

Nokia would repair or service your phone based on the date you purchase, as long as you have the original receipt. I know this because had the experience of sending a nokia 9500 which had a warranty sticker that back dated from the date of purchase for service. No problemo.

Confirm can be done, but they will take ur original receipt and fax a copy to hq to verify. The process took about a few days and after confirmation your receipt is valid, they would carry out the service for u. My E71 was bought at nokia priority and they placed a additional sticker of the date I bought the phone. . Due to the date at the manufacturer sticker is one month back dated.

By the way howz the new firmware.
