hi everyone... i bought my e66 when they jus launched... but suppose i'm the unlucky one cos most of u guys are quite happy with yr purchase... have quite a bit of problems... the camera response time is very slow... pics don't appear after shooting... sometimes pic appear upside down after shoot... can't transfer any file to memory card... shows file is corrupted n ask to format memory card but still the same prob after formatting... send to zitron n they upgrade software but still can't resolve the camera issue... the technician told me my memory card even hang his computer... haha... so they change me a new memory card...

i think i bought ard mid Aug... can't remember the firmware version... had make alot of noise to them and they finanlly decided to replace with a new transceiver & memory card... jus got the new phone last week... temporary still no problems..

i oso have tis problem with my both my old n "just replaced" new phone... have call Zitron but they say not sure y so ask me to send in phone again...
i presume if send in again, they goin to open up the phone so better not send in since restart can temporary settle the prob...

Hi Raul,

i oso faced the same prob as u but my scenario is totally different... my situation is after i finish answering calls and wanted to make a call to the previous no by pressing the green button but cannot call out... even if i access the no fr the phonebook, oso cannot call out...

did yr supplier mention how to solve tis so-called "software" problem???
