Credit Card to Buy xbox points?, Can someone share their experiences?

I think you hafta use a credit card originated from the country your account belongs to.
I've tried Public Visa but it says the info doesn't match, and I even changed my account and billing address to a real Singpore address (gramps' place). So I ended up creating a new US account and buy online email code instead. |
