other than play-asia.com and GH, is there anywhere else where i can buy MS points online immediately, like http://www.microsoftpointsxbox.com/ without creating a new US account profile?
also, if i were to buy some DLC, like the new Fable 2 DLC, using my US profile account, will i still be able to use it when i log into my original asian account? if yes, does this work with ALL DLCs? |

QUOTE(wintzen @ Nov 25 2008, 11:56 AM) QUOTE According to xbox.com, the 1600 and 4000 points purchased from the U.S. can only be applied to accounts registered to the U.S. and my profile's registered under Singapore, not USA. are you sure it can work? The points is compatible with USA Xbox 360s only and USA Xbox Live Accounts on non USA based Xbox 360s. Example: If you are based in England, but have a USA Xbox Live account on your 360, the code will work for you. We have satisfied customers from around the world. The Gold Subscription code, however, works worldwide. This post has been edited by isis: Nov 25 2008, 12:44 PM |

i cant seem to add ms points even via www.xbox.com.
if i enter my CC billing address (which is in Malaysia), it gives me an error that my postal code is invalid. (cuz my account is registered under Singapore with a Singapore address) if i were not change my post code and jz enter the remaining details, i get back a "Server Unavailable" error.... *sigh* so mafan la this.... and i hate wasting time goin down to GH @ the curve jz to buy the points... waste time, parking and even petrol~ if buy from PA also still need to wait for the actual card to be shipped here got no website that sells Asian MS points which can be emailed me? like those websites like http://www.microsoftpointsxbox.com/ ??? Added on November 29, 2008, 6:02 pm QUOTE(wintzen @ Nov 29 2008, 08:31 AM) then if u dont mind me asking, billing address you enter the address you used when u registered your SG account or your CC Malaysia billing address? This post has been edited by isis: Nov 29 2008, 06:02 PM |

QUOTE(isis @ Nov 29 2008, 06:01 PM) i cant seem to add ms points even via www.xbox.com. I have an australian account, much worst, i even had to pay 40 bux just for trying to input a new CC, transfer fees they said. Just buy the points in card form, avoid the hassle. I can't seem to remove the expired CC from the account, so now I'm reloading live manually. I can't get Australian points unless I buy in Australia. The only way I can buy stuff is by buying SG points, load it into my silver SG account, and then buy stuff there, hoping that it runs on my Australian account. So far arcade games and COD4 dlc works for me.if i enter my CC billing address (which is in Malaysia), it gives me an error that my postal code is invalid. Haha good thing I stumbled upon this thread, because about a year ago I can use my prepaid AMBank MasterCard card to top up Xbox points with no problems with make up SG address, now not anymore, I thought my card was the problem, but I can buy stuff from PA with no problem. Turned some members here having difficulty as well.
Well i'm tired of this prepaid credit card anyways, gonna apply for real credit card ASAP. |
