Though this is a paid app but I found that features this app was offering to users was justifying it's price quite well. I was looking for such a file manager for my ipad on which I can manage my files in a complete manner like within the same application I can read docs, edit my files, manage them. Moreover search, sort, filter and tag them. I can sync my files on cloud using Dropbox, Googledrive and Sugarsync. I can lock my folders to make them confidential. I do have Air Print Support to take print out of my files through Wifi Attached Printer. Most Importantly, I am getting an built-in browser with a download manager that is supposed to support background downloads as well. Now I don't need to install any PDF reader separately as this app supports a wide variety of supported file formats. You can create voice notes and much more.

Have a Built-In Browser with Background supported download manager
Wide variety of file formats are supported
Air Print Support
Interface is much like "Finder" of Mac and "Explorer" of Windows and will be beneficial for such users who switch on ipad from their Mac or Windows.
Password Protected WIFI File Transfer

Cons: Should be some more cloud networks to give the user a selection flexibility.

Conclusion: I will recommend it definitely, not for the rating I have given to it. In-fact for the awesome features this app has actually.
