Yup, I played all 3 Shiki's but they are easier than DDP in my book For some reason I'm never good in Cave games although I still love them so much

ok guys . ive been playing DoDonpachi Daioujou Black Label extra ..

the transition from ps2 to xbox 360 still looks like a ps2 game .

nevertheless they add the black label extra ..

awful bad loading times ( i count 3 flashing now loading and 10 flashing now loading times ) even if u install this game into HD it still load slowz .

how i wish they could make this a good port or something . too bad the loading times kill the games ..

a quite disappointing . thou its playable . and i find it very easy to dodge using the xbox controller

DDP kills future 360 shmups for me.. even worse than PS2 DDP white label

LOL nice thread necro there, already posted on radiant silvergun in the XBLA thread but still nice to know there is still some interest in schmups on the 360. Anyway, to add to what gundamalpha was saying about the game, I can't figure out how to get those secret combos other than through looking at replays. Some of the replays are so awesome you can spend the better part of an hour just looking at them.

Anyway, this week, there's an extreme shopping sale on xbox live - one of the titles on sale is Trouble Witches Neo available for only 400 MSP. more bullet hell shenanigans from snk playmore.

ps is this genre considered to be a moe-em-up?

Guardian heroes is only 800msp, that's about RM30-35, really need to save for that?

I do play shmups but I'm an all rounder - only genre i'm not really a big fan of is FPS. Heck, I've not even unwrapped my copy of GOW3 (yes i know it's not a FPS). There's just something pure about shmups and other score attack type genres that i like - the fact that it's all about gameplay and how awesome you are, instead of silly story related cutscenes. Anyway, to become good at games like Ikaruga and RS just requires way too much of a time investment - which i can't really afford these days especially with my backlog of unplayed games.

actually i have 1200 points left thats why i was so worried if later Guardian heroes goes up to 1200 cause this game is so famous . treasure summore
