For all the transport options, only rail and planes are actually worth building. (Roads only for short-haul routes, eg. to distribute Food to nearby towns).

The rest is like eye-candy. tongue.gif

New industries are like a fresh breeze of air. I was beginning to get bored of the old Wood -> Goods -> Town supply chain.

And a good train network will have at least 2 one-way tracks for the trains, with multiple track stations to handle many trains unloading/loading at once. smile.gif

Too bad it's near impossible to do in the 512x512 temperate game im playing. Too many hills @@ and damn farms.

Still trying to figure out what exactly combo and exit signal does. The wiki entry isn't exactly clear on this.

Pre-signal is a pretty simple concept. And neat. Wish I knew that earlier, my train wouldn't be bottlenecked last time when I started playing. LOL.
